We are seeking to fill a position at our Denver space.

You are the primary customer interface. You are responsible for driving sales to your location and partner spaces, networking within the industry, fostering a coworking community, providing support to clients, and overseeing the upkeep of your community's facilities.

Your role is a critical function that requires you to be sales-focused, hospitable, energetic, efficient, a strong communicator, and able to multi-task.

As a Community & Sales Manager, you are responsible for bringing new clients into our space and providing support to your office and team members:

  • Connect with new clients, build broker relationships, and nurture the lead database.
  • Research industries and think creatively on how to drive revenue into the space.
  • Exceed monthly sales goals and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Develop community with your fellow team members and clients.
  • Greet members and visitors with a warm presence.
  • Welcome new members, ensuring their rented spaces are clean and set up according to their license agreement.
  • Work with the operations team and the building to complete the members’ move-ins, move-outs, and events.
  • Perform necessary administrative and sales duties such as forwarding important emails to the correct team members, taking down contact information for leads and clients, hosting sales tours with clients, checking in with prospective members to close deals, networking with local businesses to drive sales, handling mail and packages, answering phones, updating conference room schedules, and organizing the space.
  • Uphold security procedures and access card records for the office.
  • Coordinate member move-outs, collect all access cards and keys, perform post move-out inspection, and alert facilities to any work necessary before showing to new prospects.

Fostering a positive community-driven environment:

  • Be a resource for members, responding promptly to emails and requests, acting as a liaison between members (customers) and the rest of your team.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with your members. Know your members by name. You are knowledgeable about the products and services they provide.
  • Plan monthly events that encourage interaction between your members.
  • Participate in our community through social media.
  • Take the lead on sales by giving tours to prospective members, drafting agreements, and updating other departments of new bookings or new cancellations.
  • Take pride in the appearance of your community.
  • Regular inspections of common areas and member spaces, notifying members of any violations in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Not required, but WordPress and social media background is welcome.
  • Facilitate any necessary maintenance, repairs, and improvements to your community.

About you:

—1-3 years of professional experience

—Driven, passionate, and self-motivating

—Adaptable to change and comfortable with fast-paced environments

—Proficiency in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

—Experience with office management, receptionist duties, and hospitality

—Passionate about community and sales

—Familiar with the startup and commercial real estate scene in Colorado

—Able to multi-task and work without direction or micromanagement

—Positive, honest, committed, and enjoy variety in day-to-day activities

This is not a complete list of responsibilities, but you will do everything in your power to make the space a success. You're excited to attend events in Colorado and meet other people interested in coworking!
